  • Most realty boards provide framed access to the IDX Data

  • Some realty boards include a “MySearches” capability that allows a visitor to have an email sent every time a new listing comes on the market that matches their pre-defined search criteria

Raw IDX Data Access

This option is for people that want something special in their search criteria or to make use of certain other options.

  • Requires Raw IDX Data Access
  • Automatically pulls your listings from the IDX Data feed and displays all of them on 1 to several pages or selects a random listing to be displayed on a page(s) of your Web Site
